Built on friendship, creativity, and a shared vision, Crystal & Clover Designs was founded to provide custom design, creative web design, and business branding services that help small businesses thrive in Wisconsin. Co-founders Ashley Spencer and Sarah Markel met through their husbands and quickly became close friends. Originally, living just minutes apart, their families bonded over game nights and holidays, where the idea for Crystal & Clover Designs took shape.

Frustrated by limited local opportunities in web development and design, Ashley—equipped with both formal training and self-taught expertise—began envisioning her own business. Recognizing Sarah’s business operations expertise as a valuable asset, they combined their strengths to create a company dedicated to helping brands establish a strong presence.
